How to process a return or refund request?

  1. Send us a direct message with a photo of the item needed to be returned.
  2. Write a brief description of the request, (example: problem with size, material or fit)
  3. Send us your phone number and home address.
  4. A courier will contact you to pick up the item , courier cost will be covered by the customer.

Here’s the criteria your purchase must meet to be eligible for a refund:

  • You must have purchased the item within 3 calendar days. 
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

You can receive your refund in one of the following ways:

  • Original payment
  • Store credit
