How to process a return or refund request?
- Send us a direct message with a photo of the item needed to be returned.
- Write a brief description of the request, (example: problem with size, material or fit)
- Send us your phone number and home address.
- A courier will contact you to pick up the item , courier cost will be covered by the customer.
Here’s the criteria your purchase must meet to be eligible for a refund:
- You must have purchased the item within 3 calendar days.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
